Just because we are in the middle of a pandemic doesn't mean you should skip out on all of the fun! Here we are going to share 4 Fun Self-Care Ideas For Fall. These ideas will be sure to ramp up your vibrations and center you back to your happy place!

4 Fun Self-Care Ideas For Fall
- Ride a bike
- Play in the leaves
- Camp out in the backyard
- Enjoy some apple cider
Riding a bike can take your mind off of the day to day stressors as well as keep you in shape. You will feel more confident as well as more energized to get through the rest of the day.
Playing in the leaves is just some great ole fun! Especially if you have children! What a great way to take a break from homeschooling or away from your online biz to roll around in the leaves! Tapping into that inner child is very grounding and can give you that push you need make self-care a regular option for your mental health.
Camp out in the backyard...need I say more! The friends that you are still able to connect with during this pandemic, invite them over for treats and a fun staycation camping adventure. Everything is more fun with friends. If you are not able to connect with friends, this would be a great time to get your family involved and create a change of scenery. You will have a blast!
Enjoy some apple cider. Warm apple cider can always put you in the mood of comfort, peace, and the desire to grab a warm blanket from the dryer! Plus, you can make it a little fancy and drink it out of a wine glass. Add some candles and you can imagine being at a weekend getaway. If that can't lift your spirit.... 🙂
