There is so much noise out here, so much so it is hard to stay focused on the end goal. I want to give you 3 steps to redirect your focus for success. These steps are practical but so powerful in order for you to get out of your head and start living the life that you want.
3 Steps To Redirect Your Focus For Success
1. Ask yourself “What am I thinking about? It is imperative to be mindful of your thoughts because whatever you think about manifests.
2. Write it down. When you write things down you’re getting it out of your head. There is just something about jotting it down on paper, where it starts to make more sense.
3.Ask yourself, “ Is it going to propel me forward or move me backwards? You want your thoughts to propel you forward and prepare you for a positive outcome.
Simple enough right? It takes practice so this is something that needs to be a non negotiable activity daily! One tool you need to have in your arsenal is meditation. Click here to start. Just five minutes is a great start to start retraining your brain and increasing your vibrations for change.

Looking back, being afraid that I would make the “wrong” decision caused me to attract the “wrong” outcome. You attract what you think and feel.

Playing in the leaves is just some great ole fun! Especially if you have children! What a great way to take a break from homeschooling or away from your online biz to roll around in the leaves! Tapping into that inner child is very grounding and can give you that push you need make self-care a regular option for your mental health.
Camp out in the backyard…need I say more! The friends that you are still able to connect with during this pandemic, invite them over for treats and a fun staycation camping adventure. Everything is more fun with friends. If you are not able to connect with friends, this would be a great time to get your family involved and create a change of scenery. You will have a blast!
Enjoy some apple cider. Warm apple cider can always put you in the mood of comfort, peace, and the desire to grab a warm blanket from the dryer! Plus, you can make it a little fancy and drink it out of a wine glass. Add some candles and you can imagine being at a weekend getaway. If that can’t lift your spirit…. 🙂

Looking back, I remember back in graduate school, I was working one night during the Christmas holiday season. I worked for a company that sold all kinds of lotions, body butters, and other self-care products. There was a particular lady that seemed to need some assistance finding a product.
Of course, I walked over eager to help while asking her if she was looking for a special gift for the holidays. She gave me a dirty look while explaining, “I don’t celebrate holidays.” Of course I was taken aback just a little.
